Vacation Rush stores a small amount of gameplay information locally so the app can remember your progress and preferences. This may include:

• Current level progress.
• Highest unlocked level.
• Sound and music settings.
• Tutorial completion state.
• Per-level tutorial progress.

The current app release does not require a player account and does not ask for your name, email address, payment information, contacts, photos, messages, or precise location. If you contact support by email, Thoughtspace Studio receives the information you choose to include in that message.

The current app build is designed for local gameplay and does not require a network connection for core play. The app may still run on platforms or services, including Android, Google Play, Unity, or device-level diagnostics, that process technical information independently under their own privacy policies. This policy does not control data that those platform providers collect outside the app.

Thoughtspace Studio does not sell personal information from Vacation Rush. If you contact support, any information you choose to send, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, or a description of the issue, will be used to respond to your support request.

Local progress and settings remain on your device and are handled through the device's normal app-storage controls. Support emails are handled through the email systems used by Thoughtspace Studio. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information in support messages.

Local progress, settings, and tutorial state remain on your device until you uninstall the app, clear the app's storage, or a future app feature resets that local data. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, maintain support records, and meet legal or operational obligations. You can request deletion of support information you sent by emailing the privacy contact above.

Vacation Rush does not require an account and is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, contact us and we will review the request.

If future releases add accounts, cloud sync, advertising, purchases, analytics collection, or other features that change how data is handled, this privacy policy will be updated.
