Make a Personalized Father's Day Song With AI

A short video idea for turning real memories into a personalized song and music video using AI, Suno, and CapCut.

Video 1PublishedJune 15, 20261 min watch

Father's Day is coming up, and if you want something more personal than another last-minute gift card, this is a surprisingly easy option: make a custom song from real memories.

I tried this for Mother's Day. I gave AI the details, used it to shape the lyrics, generated the song in Suno, and then used CapCut's AI features to turn photos into a short music video.

Watch The Example

Here is the video showing the idea, the workflow, and the final result.

How To Make Your Own

The workflow is simple enough to try in one evening:

  1. 1Write down a few real memories, habits, phrases, or inside jokes.
  2. 2Ask a chatbot to turn those details into song lyrics.
  3. 3Refine the lyrics until they sound personal, not generic.
  4. 4Paste the lyrics into Suno.
  5. 5Add a style direction in Suno.
  6. 6Export the song.
  7. 7Bring the song and photos into CapCut.
  8. 8Use CapCut AI to create the collage, transitions, and captions.
  9. 9Export it and send it as a surprise.

What Makes It Work

The important part is not the AI tool. It is the specificity. The more real details you give it, the less it feels like a generic AI song and the more it feels like something made for one person.

  • Use real memories.
  • Include small details.
  • Avoid generic compliments.
  • Keep the tone natural.
  • Edit the lyrics before generating the song.
